RETURNS
Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they haven't been used. Include a copy of the bill. Shipping is non-refundable.
Once the bag is returned to us in it's original condition we will refund your credit card.
All sales involving custom work, regardless of how minor the change(s), are considered final. We cannot accept any returns, even within our usual 10-day return period.
